Our Story
The principals of R3 Investments, LLC joined forces in the Fall of 2012 to buy investment real estate. The principals have over 85 years collective experience working in diverse areas of real estate including leasing, acquisitions, property management, financial analysis, development, and ownership of legacy assets. Since forming R3 Investments in 2012, the principals have acquired in excess of 800,000 sf of Retail, Office, and Industrial assets worth more than $50,000,000 in various partnerships. 2022 was the biggest year in our young company with acquisitions and developments of over $13,000,000. In addition, the principals have invested in dozens of residential rehabs, residential land development projects, real-estate private equity funds, and various Joint Venture Partnerships, all the while continuing to manage other legacy real estate assets for the partners' family accounts.
