Over 30+ years of experience in Office, Retail and Industrial Asset/Property Management. Prior to investing privately in real estate, Rich’s largest responsibility was as the Regional VP for Asset/Property Management for Duke Realty Investments responsible for Duke’s Midwest and Southeast portfolios totaling over 38,000,000 square feet. Rich has a proven track record of stabilizing challenged assets and developing operating strategies to maximize their underlying value. Rich is married with three children and resides in Cincinnati. Rich is a graduate of Michigan State University in 1987 with a BS in Business.
